The show opened with a triple threat match between Beth Phoenix, Stacy Keibler and Bobbi Billard. The crowd in attendance gave the ladies a respectful applause as they made their way to the ring, but didn't seem wholly behind any of the competitors. The bell rang and Stacy started the match off, catching Billard by surprise with a spinning heel kick. The crowd clapped and she grinned proudly. She didn't get to bask in her glory for too long though, as she was clocked from behind by Beth Phoenix, who hit her with a clubbing forearm. Stacy went down and Beth continued the offense with stiff kicks to her back. Stacy rolled over so she was in her back, and swung her legs around, tripping Beth. Stacy got up and hit Beth with an elbow drop. She went for a cover but Billard pulled her off. It looked like Beth would have kicked out regardless, because she got up somewhat quickly just as Bobbi Billard was whipping Stacy into the corner. Billard charged at Stacy and caught her with an elbow to the face at full speed. Stacy slumped in the corner and when Billard turned around she walked into a brutal DDT from Beth Phoenix. Beth went the cover...1...2...Stacy kicked Beth in the back, somewhat weakly, but enough to break up the count. She pulled Beth Phoenix up by the hair and slapped her in the face. Beth's head swung back, and she held her cheek looking shocked, and then furious. She swung at Keibler and hit her with a hard punch followed by a dropkick. She then picked Stacy up, and threw her through the ropes and out onto the floor. Beth then turned her attention back to Billard, who was just getting up. Beth had the situation under control and pounded on Billard with hard right and left hands. She worked quickly, and dragged Billard to the corner. Beth climbed the ropes, pulling Bobbi Billard up with her. There was a pause in the crowd noise, as if they were wondering what Beth was going to do, then she leapt from the top rope, hitting Bobbi Billard with a top-rope Death Valley Driver.
Jerry Lawler: The Beth Valley Driver! Wow, she's beautiful and deadly. This thing's over.
Beth covered Billard, the the referee counted...1...2...3! Stacy got back into the ring almost in time to break up the count, but didn't quite make it. Beth glared at her, and Stacy didn't back all the way down but she kept herself as a safe distance. The referee raised Beth's hand, and she headed to the back.
Winner: Beth Phoenix.
Match #2
Stacy Keibler remained in the ring as she awaited the arrival of her boyfriend, Randy Orton. Orton made his way down the ramp, and they exchanged a few words as he waited for the music of Larry Sweeney. Sweeney made his entrance, and Stacy slid out of the ring but remained at ringside. She clapped, cheering Randy on, and he smirked confidently. Sweeney also seemed confident, and thw two locked up. The crowd gave both men a mixed reaction but they were definitely entertained by the next five minutes of action. The two men wrestled a great match, with both men periodically being in control, only to find themselves being forced onto the receiving end of their opponent's punishment. Stacy interjected herself, grabbing Larry Sweeney's foot as Orton whipped him into the ropes. Sweeney went face down into the canvas and the referee warned Stacy to back away from the action. They argued for a few moments, and as Sweeney was getting back up, Orton hit him with a low blow behind the referee's back. The crowd booed as Sweeney held the effected area and fell to his knees, and Orton took a moment to smirk slyly before kicking Sweeney in the head, sending him onto his back. He went for a cover, and yelled at the referee to make the count. The referee turned away from Stacy and did as Orton instructed. 1...2...kickout by Sweeney. Orton shook his head, looking annoyed as Sweeney fought his way back to his feet. The match continued and Sweeney somehow managed to once again get the upper hand. He knocked Orton down with a flying back elbow and taunted for a moment before hopping onto the top rope.
Joey Styles: Sweeney might be going for the 12 Large Elbow Drop here. Whoa...wait a minute!
Sweeney was caught by surprise as CM Punk ran down the ramp and pulled on his leg, causing him to fall and crotch himself on the ropes. The referee rang the bell, declaring Sweeney the winner by DQ. Punk climbed into the ring and pulled Sweeney off the ropes, hitting him with a GTS. Orton stood up, and took a step back, grinning. Punk turned to face him, and the two glared at each other with neither man backing down. Punk got in Orton's face, and Orton slapped him. The two began exchanging blows and Orton went for an RKO. It was reversed, and Punk hit Orton with a GTS too. He grinned before gesturing to the Age of the Fall logo on his shirt before walking to the back.
Joey Styles: What the hell was that all about?
Jerry Lawler: I have no idea...you'd better ask CM Punk.
Joey Styles: If we CM Punk by his actions tonight, I'd really rather not be anywhere near him.
Winner: Nobody.
Reason: Both were great RPs, and I honestly could not choose, so I thought we'd throw in a little storyline.
SEGMENT
After a commercial break, Warfare returned with a shot of Age of the Fall standing in front of an Age of the Fall logo. Lacey was standing in the middle, with Tyler Black and CM Punk to one side of her, and Jimmy Jacobs on the other.
Lacey: You were supposed to see Ron Killings versus The Undertaker yet... but Ron Killings is still nursing the wounds I inflicted upon him at Fallout, and The Undertaker probably got lost on the way to the arena, 'cause nobody knows where he is. This message is brought to you by Age of the Fall...and CM Punk just delivered the first part of it. We're not here to play. And we are especially not here to play by the rules. We are here to be both your worst nightmare and your greatest liberation. And if you have a problem with that...
Lacey smirked.
Lacey: Just ask Killings and Miss Jones what happens when you get on our bad side. Dusty Rhodes is about to find out. Tyler...you know what to do.
Tyler Black smirked, and walked out of the shot, presumably towrds the entrance ramp. The scene faded to black.
Winner: Nobody.
Reason: Match cancelled. No Roleplays.
Match #3
American Dream hit and Dusty Rhodes made his way to the ring with all his usual confidence and Flair. Tyler Black made his entrance to a chorus of boos, but he didn't seem to care. The two met in the ring, and the bell rang. The two fought, but it only took a few minutes before the rest of Age of the Fall appeared. They climbed into the ring and started beating down on Dusty Rhodes before a man ran out from the back brandishing a guitar. The man slid into the ring and chased off the Age of the Fall. The crowd realised that this man was Jeff Jarrett as he stood beside Dusty Rhodes after helping him. It seemed like the two had some sort of alliance... but Jarrett shocked the world and smashed Rhodes across the head with the Guitar. The crowd let out a reign of boo's as Jarrett walked to the back, and the show went to another commercial.
Winner: Nobody
Reason: No RPs.
Segment
The camera was backstage where Todd Grisham caught Jeff Jarrett leaving the Arena after his earlier assault on Dusty Rhodes, which in turn came after Jarret himself saved Rhodes from a beatdown at the hands of the Age of the Fall.
Todd Grisham: Jeff, why did you save Dusty Rhodes and then take him out with a guitar shot?
Jarrett stopped and looked at Grisham before responding to the question.
Jeff Jarrett: At the moment, Slapnuts this is none of your business but at the next EBWF Show I will tell you why.
Jarrett shook his head and walked away from Todd, who just stood looking confused.
Main Event
Hart Attack hit first and Teddy Hart made his way out to the ring, accompanied by Nattie Neidhart. The two didn't seem to really get along as they made their way to the ring, but they were on the same page for the most part. Teddy slid into the ring and did a backflip off the top rope, to a nice pop from the crowd. He didn't get much time to showboat though, because "Time To Play The Game" hit and Triple H stepped through the curtain with not only Chyna, but HBK at his side. Teddy scowled as DX made their way down the ramp, and Triple H glared right back at him. He was in the middle of his water spitting taunt when Teddy ran into the ropes and knocked him off the apron. The referee tried to warn Teddy to let Triple H get in the ring, but he didn't listen. He ran into the ropes and hit a front flip over the ropes onto Triple H. The fans applauded like crazy and Teddy had the early upper hand. The match hadn't started yet, so HBK took a few cheap shots at Teddy's ribs before Hart Attack hit again, and Bret Hart appeared on the stage to a great reaction. He had the world title on his shoulder and started to run down the ramp. Shawn met him at ringside and the two started to exchange blows. The Harts and DX fought on the outside for a while, before three referees ran down to separate them. Teddy and Hunter finally got in the ring. The bell rang and the match was officially under way, but the blows weren't any less fierce than they had been on the outside moments ago. Bret walked around to the commentary table, and put on a headset. Nattie stood by the table, and Shawn and Chyna watched on from the other side of the ring. Teddy and Triple H put on a hell of a show, and the tension between all those in and around the ring was so obvious that even those in the nosebleed seats could feel it. Minutes passed, and the tensions didn't ease as the match went on. In fact the emotion in the ring seemed to grow thicker and more intense with each passing moment. Teddy hopped onto the ropes and went for a moonsault, but Triple H stepped backwards just in time and Teddy hit the mat. Hunter took advantage. He pulled Teddy up, shoved his head between his legs and nailed him with the Pedigree. 1...2...3! Shawn Michaels and Chyna filed into the ring and Triple H raised his arms, before turning towards Bret and doing the patented crotch chop. Bret stood up, looking angry and Hunter pointed at the world title, then back at himself. He walked over to the ropes nearest to the announce table and the two began to talk smack to one another. Suddenly, the lights went off. The arena was silent, but the crowd got the distinct impression that the athletes in the ring were looking around, confused and on guard. Suddenly, the lights flashed back on and at the top of the ramp stood a single erect ladder, surrounded by spoke, and highlighted in green and purple strobe lights. The tron flickered, and a Jeff Hardy logo appeared on it. All eyes were on the stage as Warfare went off the air.
