Match #1
"Light a Fire" hit and Ashley Massaro made her EBWF debut. The fans gave her a warm but not overly enthusiastic welcome as she stepped down the ramp and into the ring. Beth Phoenix's music hit and she made her entrance. She and Beth locked up and The Glamazon wrestled circles around the former Playboy Cover girl. The fans applauded as Beth hit the Beth Valley Driver and covered Ashley for the win. She then climbed on top of the turnbuckle and gestured to her waist, signifying that her quest for the women's title wasn't over yet.

Winner: The awesome Beth Phoenix
Reason: No Trashley roleplay.

Match #2
Next up was The Miz v Chris Sabin. Sabin was also making his debut, whilst Miz was competing in only his second match since his return. Miz seemed a little more at home in the ring than he had last week, and Sabin paid dearly for Miz's newfound passion and focus. Miz hit a dropkick on Sabin and covered him. 1...2...kickout. Miz dragged Sabin up and Sabin elbowed him in the ribs before going for a swinging neckbreaker. He hit it, and Miz was down. Sabin grinned and the fans cheered as he hopped onto the top rope. He went for a 450 Splash, but The Miz rolled out of the way, and Sabin hit the mat hard. He was out, and Miz was able to make it to his feet. He grabbed Sabin up and hit him with the Reality Check. Cover again. 1...2...3! The referee raised the Miz's hand in victory.

Winner: The Mizzzzzz.
Reason: No Sabin roleplay, but I really enjoyed what you came up with D.

SEGMENT
‘American Dream’ cuts into ‘Cho….Cho…Chosen One’ as Jeff Jarrett and Dusty Rhodes make their way out into a packed arena much to the displeasure of all the fans around. Jarrett as usual is brandishing his guitar but also has a piece of paper in his hand. Both men walk down to the ring and climb inside before Jarrett is given a microphone from a tech hand at ringside as he moves it towards his mouth and begins to speak.

Jeff Jarrett: What I am holding in my hand here is a print out of what was reported during the week and published on EBWF.net by the supposedly esteemed Wes Ikeda. You see Ikeda said and I quote that “Jeff Jarrett couldn’t last two seconds in the ring with some of my tops guys”.

Honest to god, what the hell is Ikeda on about? Has he just waltzed into a role as a wrestling promoter and not know anything about the history of this business or as a matter of a fact, the mark that I have left on this business. Well let me remind you of something Ikeda in this business I have become a 10 time World Champion and I have done it against the best of the best including half of the superstars that you have signed to this roster so don’t think that you can just blow off Double J because that isn’t ever going to happen and when you take me seriously I will communicate more openly with you but until then Ikeda, I will continue to make sure that things don’t always go the way you have planned and to dust off an old gem Ikeda, “Don’t Piss Me Off”

Jarrett hands the microphone over to Dusty Rhodes who goes to speak but gets a massive cheer of boo’s from the crowd something that he hasn’t had to face very often during his illustrious career.

Dusty Rhodes: Hey listen now everybody why don’t we all just settle down just a little if you welll. I know that my actions at Wrestlemania have changed people’s perception of me but that is indeed fine because in this business you can’t always please everyone and you are always going to get on the wrong side of people but you have to follow what you believe in and I believe in what Jeff Jarrett is preaching baby. He isn’t some fly by night superstar. Jeff Jarrett is a bona fide stand out superstar and everybody better believe that daddy because it’s the truth.

People like Jeff Jarrett they have been brought up in this business the right and the real way, they have paid their dues and listened to the old timers and becomes students of the game. Jeff isn’t like all this kids that are around now like John Cena, Randy Orton, Mr Kennedy, CM Punk, Lacey, Rain the list goes on and on.

Double J knows about the respect and honor in this business unlike those forementioned superstars who as they waltz into the arena the first thing they ask is “Where is the Pay Windah, gotta go get paid”. Dusty Rhodes will tell you where the “Pay Windah” is baby the pay windah for all you young punks is these here elbows baby because when you step into the ring with Dusty Rhodes on Jeff Jarrett we are going to beat some respect into you but don’t worry because baby we will do it with some Southern hospitality if you will.

Dusty drops the microphone to boo’s from the crowd as Jarrett and Rhodes walk towards the back.

Note: I just feel it's important to note that 'news and notes' is supposedly from a rumor site. It is not posted by Wes Ikeda. However, this segment was too good not to post as is.

Match #3
"My Time Is Now" hit and the pro-EBWF fans gave a mixed reaction to the former "WWE Goldenboy" John Cena. Some were happy to see him, whereas others seemed to feel he was too affiliated with Vince McMahon. Cena was all smiles and charisma as he made his way to the ring. He threw a Hustle Loyalty Respect shirt into the crowd before waiting for the music of Shelton Benjamin. "Ain't No Stoppin Me" blasted over the PA System and Shelton Benjamin was also met with a mixed reaction...though not quite so loud as Cena's. Shelton made his way to the ring and he and Cena exchanged a quick glance before the bell rang. Shelton didn't hold back, and was eager to impress in his EBWF debut. Cena was also keen to impress and he gave Shelton all he had. Their styles contrasted nicely, with Shelton's more high-flying/technical style opposing Cena's hard-hitting simplistic approach to wrestling. Shelton hopped onto the top rope and did a backflip into Cena, taking him down. He landed on top of the Doctor of Thuganomics and went for a cover...1...2...strong kickout. Shelton Benjamin and Cena locked up again and Shelton attampted a suplex, but Cena blocked, knocking Shelton back with huge right hands. Shelton stumbled back into the ropes. Cena threw him across the ring and when he bounced back, he want for some kind of flying forearm. Cena caught him and the crowd cheered, impressed with the strength and quick reflexes of the former WWE Champion. Cena forced Shelton up onto his shoulders and hit the FU! Cover. 1...2...3! Cena won the match and celebrated to a mixed reaction.

Winner: John Cena
Reason: Felt his roleplay had a little more depth to it.

Match #4
Paul London stepped through the curtain and the fans gave him a nice reaction. He ran down the ramp and slid into the ring before hopping onto the top rope and doing a moonsault, showing off his athletic ability before the match began. Lilian Garcia informed the crowd that the upcoming match had been changed, and since Khali was not able to attend the event, London's partner would be...

Curry man. The oriental music hit and Curry Man stepped out onto the stage dancing and doing his usual antics. The crowd clapped and cheered the catchy character as he slid into the ring and nodded at London. Wazup hit, and Killings stepped out onto the stage accompanied by Konnan and BG James. Konnan and Killings clashed their fists together before making their way to the ring. Konnan started off against Curry Man and the bell rang. Curry man used his agility the best he could, and managed to knock Konnan down and hit him with a beautiful moonsault. He covered, but Konnan powered out quickly and knocked Curry Man down to the mat with a hard clothesline. Konnan picked Curry Man up and body slammed him as London cringed on the apron. Konnan yelled something in Spanish at London, and London just frowned before clapping to encourage his partner to fight back. During the trash talking Konnan had taken his eye off Curry Man. Curry Man got to his feet and made it to his corner to tag in London. London gestured for Konnan to tag in Killings, and Konnan hesitated. Killings started to trash talk at London, and held out his hand for the tag. Konnan made the tag and Killings and London squared off. They had fought over the X-Division title in the past and London had made it clear that he wanted back his gold. BG James took a cheapshot at Curry Man and the pair began to fight on the outside. Curry Man managed to throw BG into the ringpost, knocking him down. But he didn't have time to relax as Konnan hopped off the apron and hit him with a hard clothesline. In the ring, London hit a dropsault on Killings before hopping onto the top rope. He hit the London Calling and went for the cover..1...2...3! Konnan was unable to make the count, and London and Curry Man were declared the winners. HBK stepped out on the stage as London and Curry Man were celebrating, but he was ignoring them and looking right at Killings. Shawn shook his head, grinned and spoke some inaudable words in Killings' direction, warning him that he was taking the X Division title.

Winners: London and Curry Man.
Reason: Better roleplay. I thought it was really funny.

Match #5
Matt Hardy was given a mix reaction when he entered the ring. Lance Storm was also given a mixed reaction, but it was seemingly more solid as he hooked up with the newcomer. They began trading punches and Lance was able to get The Canadian Maple Leaf on Hardy. Hardy didn't tap and made his way to the bottom rope. Storm let go of him, but with obvious frustration. Hardy got on his feet, obviously tense from the submission manuever. Hardy was able to kick Storm in the guy and then hit the Twist of Fate. Hardy went for the pin, and the win.

Winner: Matt Hardy!
Reason: Great RP!

Match #6

"Talk Lpud" hit and the fans gave Kennedy a nice reaction as he stepped onto the stage and posed arrogantly before waltzing down to the ring. He slid through the ropes and held up his hand as a mic fell from the ceiling. He introduced himself in the usual manner, and then waited for Orton. "Burn In My Light" hit and Randy Orton stepped out onto the stage. The fans were excited to see both men, but their undeniable heel personas meant the crowd was totally split over who they wanted to win. The two men locked up and participated in a highly entertaining match before Kennedy knocked Orton down with a shoulder block. He grinned arrogantly and quickly climbed to the top rope. He hit the Kenton Bomb, and covered Orton for the 1...2...3.

Winner: Mister....Kennedy!
Reason: Orton's RP was posted after deadline.

Match #7

Lacey and Rain came to the ring followed by DX. The two guys seemed to have a problem with figuring out a strategy against the women. Rain immediately took it to Shawn, and Shawn seemed to have sense enough to fight back. He dropped her with a back body drop, and she grabbed her shoulder. Shawn gave her a few stomps and let her get to the corner to tag in Lacey. Lacey locked up with Shawn, and then backed off of him pointing to the world champion. Hunter raised an eyebrow and pointed to himself, and she taunted him into the ring. Triple H stepped into the ring, and looked toward Lacey. She laid hard rights to his jaw and he backed up for a minute. Whipping her into the ropes he appeared to set himself up for a spinebuster, but he moved out of the way. Lacey stopped, and Hunter rolled out of the ring. Shawn followed him to the outside and they grabbed their tag belts. They went up the ramp and stood on the stage as the referee counted them out. They were booed loudly by the crowd and shrugged as Lacey yelled at them when the show went off the air.

Winner: MHWC via DQ
Reason: Seemed like the best way to grow a storyline.
