Ashley Massaro made her entrance and posed for the fans as she waited for her opponent. Nattie Neidhart's music hit and she made her way to the ring accompanied by Teddy Hart. They had a short conversation on the outside of the ring, probably discussing a last minute game plan before Nattie slid through the ropes. The two divas fought it out in an entertaining match. Nattie seemed to have the upperhand, and Teddy Hart's constant distractions seemed to give her the edge. She took Ashley Massaro down with a clothesline then climbed to the second rope. When Ashley got to her feet, Nattie jumped off the turnbuckle and caught her with a flying clothesline. Teddy cheered his cousin on as she locked her opponent in the sharpshooter. Ashley struggled, and cried out in pain, but Nattie didn't ease up. Massaro tapped out and Neidhart won a victory for the New Hart Foundation.
Winner: Nattie
Reason: No Ashley Massaro RP.
Match #2
The second match of the show was canceled because neither man showed up.
Winner: Nobody
Reason: No Roleplays.
Match #3
I Walk Alone by Saliva hit and Batista made his way to the ring with his pyro going off behind him. He climbed into the ring and awaited the arrival of Rodney Mack. The Project 161 music hit and Mack made his way to the ring in an "Age of the Fall" t-shirt. He slid into the ring and the two men stared each other down. The bell rang, and the two large, powerful athletes collided. The match consisted of a plethora of hard hitting moves and smash mouth offense, with neither man willing to back down. Batista hit Mack with a spinebuster and flexed his muscles before going for a cover...Mack kicked out after two and Batista stood up, waiting for Mack to get to his feet. Mack got up, and was met with a hard kick to the midsection. Batista shoved Mack's head between his legs and lifted him up, hitting him with the Batista bomb. Batista went for the cover again and this time he got the three count. He stood up and celebrated, doing Cena's "you can't see me" taunt into the camera, obviously showing Cena that this was a sign of things to come for the rapper.
Winner: Batista
Reason: No Mack roleplay.
Match #4
Kennedy made his way to the ring, and the lights dimmed as he waited for his own personal microphone to fall from the ceiling. It did, and he caught it before introducing himself. "My time is now" hit and Kennedy was interrupted before he could say his last name twice. He looked annoyed as Cena made his way to the ring. Cena slid through the ropes and Kennedy took advantage by tackling him before the bell sounded. The two rolled around on the canvas trading right hands for a few moments before Kennedy got to his feet. He grabbed the microphone that was still dangling in the ring and finally got to finish his introduction. Cena got up, and retaliated by spearing Kennedy into the corner. Kennedy fought out, and forced Cena into the corner instead. He slapped him across the face for good measure. This infuriated Cena, and he slapped Kennedy right back. The referee warned both men to get out of the corner, which they did. Kennedy irish whipped Cena across the ring but Cena took Kennedy down with a clothesline as he rebounded off the ropes. Cena had the advantage now, and he continued to take it to Kennedy. Kennedy charged at Cena once more but Cena ducked and launched Kennedy onto his shoulders. The fans cheered as they knew what was coming. Cena hit the FU to win the match.
Winner: Cena
Reason: Kennedy is leaving us.
Segment
"Break It Down" hit and DX made their way to the ring to a mixed reaction. Shawn Michaels and Triple H walked to the ring with Chyna standing between them. Shawn hopped onto the apron and held the ropes open for Chyna to climb into the ring, while Hunter grabbed them a couple of mics. He waited for the crowd to calm down before speaking.
Triple H: I'd ask if you were ready...but I already know the answer. Clearly nobody in this building is truly ready for the new and improved D-Generation X. You're probably wondering why we're out here. Well, besides the fact that the camera loves us, we're here to make an important announcement regarding DX and the world title.
Triple H paused and Shawn took over.
Shawn Michaels: Now as everyone who watched Warfare knows, Triple H is the number one contender for my World Championship. The two biggest stars in this company will square off at Christmas Eve of Destruction, and everyone in this arena seems to think that the match will mean the end of DX. I'm here to burst your bubble, kids. It's not going to happen. In fact--
Shawn stopped as Chyna cleared her throat, indicating that she wanted to speak. He nodded.
Shawn Michaels: You have something to say? Go right ahead darlin'.
She smiled at him.
Chyna: Thank you. I know the announcement was supposed to be that DX were going to stick together through thick and thin, that blood is thicket than water, yadda yadda yadda, but I have something to get off my chest.
Triple H: By any chance is it your shirt? Cause that would really help me out.
She shot him a slight smile.
Chyna: You're not helping the rumors, you know. No...it's not my shirt. It's about Christmas Eve of Destruction. My boys are going to fight for the World Title, that much is true. And I know how much we've been through together, but I need to make something clear to both of you. You're my guys, and I think the world of you both...but I'm going to warn you from the beginning, so it's all out in the open, ok? I hope you guys meant what you said about being brothers until the end, and the World title not coming between D-Generation X. Because I want you to know...I won't choose between you. If this goes south, any attempt to get me to pick a side will fall on deaf ears, okay?
Hunter and Shawn looked at each other, and they looked at Chyna somewhat confused. She remained serious for a moment, then broke into a grin.
Chyna: That being said, I'm quite looking forward to seeing you guys rolling around on the canvas with each other.
Hunter laughed and spoke into his own mic.
Triple H: Well how about we get you involved and make it a regular DX threesome?
Chyna: Really? I thought it was called a Texas Orgy. I'm so out of touch.
The crowd made an unexpected noise, as the titan tron lit up to show Shane Helms...dressed in his complete Hurricane attire, standing on the balcony above the crowd. His arms were folded across his chest, and he was staring down at the ring as if to say to DX "you boys are going to pay". The laughing in the ring stopped, and DX gazed up to meet the Hurricane's eyes.
Shawn Michaels: Is that... is that...my god, it's a Super hero! Hunter, check it out!
Triple H: Wow...and I thought comics were all make believe.
Shawn Michaels: Yeah? Well believe THIS Shane Helms...you got a problem with me, you can come down here and say it to my face. And if you do...well, kiddo, rest assured that I won't hesitate to kick you in yours...again. Now, hit MY music!
Break it Down hit again and Hunter and Shawn did a couple of crotch chops in Helms' direction. His gaze never wavered, and he didn't move. The trio left the ring, and the show went to a commercial break.
Match #5
CM Punk came to the ring looking pretty much disgusted at the veritable wasteland of alcohol in the crowd -- by main even time, those who came to drink were pretty far gone. James Storm fit into this category himself, as he made his way down to the ring chugging his classic beer bottle. When he got to ringside, he took one last swig and threw the bottle down onto the floor, obviously not taking too kindly to Punk's attitude towards redneck beer drinkers. Storm hit the ring, but Punk met him there before he could enter, and the ref called for the bell to begin the contest. Punk quickly began putting the boots to Storm, stomping away at the Cowboy before he was fully able to get into the ring. He made it in, however, and the two men fought back and forth for several minutes. The passion and fire behind CM Punk's intentions was clear, and it led some of the crowd to rally behind him. Most of the fans were still supporting their fellow redneck, but Punk didn't seem to care. In fact, the rowdier the crowd got, the more it seemed to drive Punk to take out his aggressions on the Tennessee Cowboy. What could have been a solid technical contest turned into a Pier 6 brawl, and while Storm had the advantage in size and sheer brawl-ability, Punk used his passion to overcome Storm's physical superiorities. Both men began to tire out, and Punk found an opening to hit the Go To Sleep. Not yet satisfied, he pulled Storm's tired body into the corner and set him up for the Pepsi Plunge -- a fitting tribute to this match based mostly on the idea of beer drinking. He rolled Storm up and got the 1...2...3. Not wanting to stick around any longer than he had to, Punk immediately rolled out of the ring and walked back up the ramp. He slapped a cup of beer out of a fan's hand on his way up, and the fan looked indignant but there wasn't much he could do. It was time for the copyright information to appear on the screen anyway, and the show faded to black with CM Punk waving his hands disgustedly at the crowd as he walked away.
Winner: CM Punk
Reason: Close match, felt Punk's RP was more intensely focused.
